3. Advertising Spending & Actions:
Any actions taken through this tool—including creating campaigns or adjusting budgets—are yours. Bigosoft is not responsible for accidental ad spend or financial losses resulting from the use of this interface.
4. Technical Requirements:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own infrastructure (EC2, local machine) where this server is hosted. You must ensure your environment variables (API Secrets) are protected.
5. Compliance with Meta Policies:
Users must not use this tool to violate Meta’s Advertising Policies. Any misuse that results in ad account suspension is the sole responsibility of the user.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties:
This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Meta API will always be available or that insights will be 100% accurate due to Meta API latency.
7. Changes to Terms:
We may update these terms as Meta’s API requirements change. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
