- ads_management: To programmatically create campaigns and adjust budgets.
- business_management: To identify accessible ad accounts and business portfolios.
- pages_read_engagement: To view page insights and engagement metrics.
- pages_show_list: To identify and select the Facebook Pages you manage for ad creation.
Data Usage & Storage (Secure Storage):
- Strict Privacy: Our tool acts as a secure bridge between the Meta API and your AI interface (like Claude or Cursor).
- Storage: For multi-user functionality, we store your Facebook User ID, Name, and Email to manage your session.
- Encryption at Rest: All Meta Access Tokens are stored in a secure database and are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES encryption. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
- No Marketing Data Storage: We DO NOT store your actual campaign data, creative assets, or financial reports on our servers. This data is fetched in real-time and exists only within your active AI session.
Authentication & Security:
Authentication is handled via Meta’s official OAuth 2.0 system with PKCE. Your credentials (password) are never seen or stored by Bigosoft.
How to Delete Your Data (Data Deletion Request):
In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, you can delete your data at any time:
- Automatic Deletion: You can request full data deletion directly through the application's interface (using the delete_user_data tool). This will instantly remove your token, user profile, and session history from our database.
- Meta Settings: Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites and remove Bigosoft Meta Ads MCP.
- Manual Request: Email us at hello@bigosoft.us with your user ID to request manual deletion.
